Our Story

From the very beginning, painting was part of Parker Judd’s life. His dad owned a painting company, and Parker grew up surrounded by brushes, rollers, and the smell of fresh paint. As a kid, he would tell his mom that he wanted to be a “painter man” when he grew up. After his dad retired, the tools sat in storage, waiting for the day Parker would pick them back up.

At 19, Parker did exactly that. He stepped into the trade with nothing more than determination and a willingness to learn. It wasn’t easy. Starting from scratch meant long days, trial and error, and earning trust one project at a time. But in the process, Parker discovered something deeper: a love for true craftsmanship. The satisfaction of taking raw surfaces and transforming them into something extraordinary lit a fire that would never burn out.

In February 2019, at just 21 years old, Parker launched PJs Precision Painting. What started as one man with his dad’s old tools has grown into a company built on discipline, vision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. But the story isn’t just about paint—it’s about people. Along the way, Parker realized that his true calling went beyond the work itself. It was about developing others: helping his team grow not only as painters, but as leaders, fathers, husbands, and men of character. Excellence isn’t a skill you turn on at work and off at home—it’s a full-time trait. That belief has become part of the DNA of PJs.

Today, PJs Precision Painting is known as the standard. We bring the highest level of craftsmanship and customer care to every job, whether it’s a family home or a large-scale commercial project.
